TURKISH BANDIT. United Press - Assn.—Eloc. Tel. Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. 17. Ismail I-lusseyin, a bandit who escaped when his twelve comrades were hanged at the beginning of the month was re-captured to-day. He had been hiding in the mountains for 14 days and went to a village because he was starving. The man was recognised and taken hack to Alenemen to be hanged on the gallows, which have been kept standing since his escape.
