SEA BATHING.
Sea-bathing is splendid for normal children. They should not be forced inio the sea if timid of the water. Let them paddle and get used to ilie water first. For children unaccustomed to sea bathing the middle of the morning is ihe best lime lo begin, as the first chill lias gone off the water. Remember the dangers of sunburn and sunstroke and limit Ihe exposure at first ami always insist on Ihe children wearing shady hats on hot days. Coconut oil is a very good protective against sunburn.
