S.S. PAPANUI.
RELEASED FROM ARREST. SAILS FOR AVONMOUTH. (Received Nov. 7, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 6. The steamer Papanua, which was arrested at Nantes in connection with a claim lodged by/the owners of a tug and lighter, with' which she collided, has been released from arrest and has sailed for Avonmouth.
