ST. MARY’S CLUB. The following have been selected to represent St. Mary’s Club against Frankton Old Pupils on St. Mary’s courts at 2 p.m. on Saturday:—Messrs P. Clarkin, W. Gwynne, E. Cox, G. J. Grace, E. M. Grace, P. R. Cuming, Misses Angland, Dougherty, Saunders, Babbage, Monk, Cuming. Reserves: Miss Jordan, Mr G. J. M. Bacon. NQARUAWAHIA CLUB. The senior team'to meet Rahui on the local courts on Saturday is:—Mrs, Isdale, Miss A. O’Connor, Miss It. Pharo, Miss D. Burt, Messrs J. Menzies, H. J. Sampson, H. D. Sampson, It. Darrow. The junior team to meet Glen Massey at Glen Massey will be selected from. Miss B. Pharo, Mrs Hunter, Miss McGruer, Miss G. Clavis, Messrs Rogers, H. Hill, T. Paterson, iM. Welsh, G. Rogers, B. McCowan. TE AROHA v. PAEROA. The following players will represent the Te Aroha Tennis Club’s “A” team in the association match against Paeroa on Saturday:—Mesdames Mackie, and Dalton, Misses Bliss and Hedge, Messrs Wright, Barritoall, Candy, Johnson, D. F. Gardner and Anderson. Emergencies: Gaw and Mr NGARUA V. SPRINGDALE. The first challenge match of the season under the auspices of the Piako Tennis. Association was played at Ngarua between Springdale, the challengers, and Ngarua, holders of
the cup. After keen contests victory went to the latter. Following were . the' the results, Ngarua players being mentioned first:— Ladies’ Singles.—Mrs Carter beat .
