PUBLIC NOTICE COUNTY COUNCIL. FAIRFIELD DRAINAGE DISTRICT. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following Resolution passed at a Special Meeting of the Waikato County Council, convened for that purpose, and held on the 14th day of October, 1930, and intended to operate as a Special Order, will come up for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the said County Council, to be held on TUESDAY, 11th day of November, 1930, In the Council Chamber, Grey Street, Hamilton, at 10 a.m., namely:—

That in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Counties Act, 1920, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, and on the petition of a majority of the Ratepayers of the District hereinafter mentioned, the Waikato County Council resolves and declares by way of Special Order, as follows: — The part of the County of Waikato described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a district for the purpose of the • construction of Drainage Works therein. The name of the said District shall be the Fairfield Drainage District. ' This Special Order shall take effect on the Ist day of December, 1930. SCHEDULE. The Fairfield Drainage Area to comprise all that area of the County of Waikato commencing at the Northeast corner of Allotment I. of Sections 180-181 on deposited plan 12311, Kirikiriroa Parish, Block XIV. Komakorau S.D., thence in a Southerly direction along the llukanui Road to the South-eastern corner of Allotment 33 on a deposited plan 3014, thence in a Westerly direction along the Southern boundary of the said Allotment 33 and Allotments 41, 40, 38, 36, 34, 32, 30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, .8, 6, and 1 on a deposited plan 9185 to a point on Grey Street thence in a Northerly direction along the said Grey Street to the North-west corner of Allotment 18 on deposited plan 3014 thence along the Northern boundary of the said Allotment 18 to the South-eastern corner of Allotment 13 on a deposited plan 16474, thence along the eastern boundaiies of Allotments 13, 12, 11, 10, 9,8, 7, 6. 5, and 1 on the said deposited plan 16474 to Clarkin’s Road thence across the said road to a point in line with the said boundary thence in a weserly direction along the said road to the South-western corner of Allotment 1 of Sections 168 and W 180 on deposited plan 11935 thence along the Western boundary of the said Allotment 1 to the North-western corner of the said allotment 1 thence along the Northern boundaries of Allotments 1,2, 3,4, 5, 6,7, 8,9, and 10 on deposited plan 11935 to the llukanui Road thence in a Southerly direction along the said Hi kanui Road to the point of commencement at the northernmost corner of Lot 1 on deposited plan 12311.
