SUMMER FLOWERS

NEXT WEEK’S SHOW. ALL SHOULD EXHIBIT. Entries are being received for the Summer Show of the Hamilton Horticultural Society, which takes place at the Y.M.C.A. building next Tuesday. Greater enthusiasm is now being shown by amateur gardeners in the affairs of' the society, and although the season is a little backward, the show is later this year than .formerly and an excellent exhibition should result. Some very fine blooms are to be seen in many local gardens, and these, no doubt, will be available for public view next Tuesday. It is to be hoped that all residents who have flowers of any quality will not hesitate to enter them, and so help to build up this very useful society.
