LOSS OF RlOl.

WEATHER CONDITIONS. EVIDENCE AT THE INQUIRY. NO CAUSE FOR ANXIETY.(Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Nov. 4. The Court of Inquiry into the RlOl disaster, Sir John Simon, presiding, today heard evidence about the weather conditions at the time of the crash. This was given by officials of the meteorological department of the Air Ministry. \ The chairman said the evidence of these officials showed that careful arrangements had been made on the ground. Whether or not it was good flying weather for the start for India was quite another question. Dr. Simpson, director of meteorology at the Air Ministry, said the commander of the airship was warned that she would be likely to meet with high winds and rain over Northern France, but the weather conditions on the night of the flight were nothing to cause the navigators anxiety. Witness expressed the view that the rain did not affect the navigation of the airship and was not an important factor in the final catastrophe.
