SUCCESSOR TO MR. A. JULL. MR. W. MORRISON RECOMMENDED. (By . Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. At a meeting of the executive of the Counties Association Mr. William Morrison, of Maxwell, near Wanganui, yas chosen for recommendation to the Minister of Public Works as successor to Mr. A. E. Jull, M.P., who resigned from the Main Highways Board prior to his nomination as a candidate at the Waipawa by-election. Regret was expressed that Mr. Jull had had to resign. The opinion was expressed that he had done sound work on the board, and was a valuable connecting link between the board and the counties.
