Public Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council will he held at the Council Chambers Victoria Street Hamilton on Wednesday the sth day of November 1930 at 7.30 for the purposes of confirming the following resolutions passed by way of Special Order 'on the Bth day of October 1930: In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Municipal Corporations Act’’ and its amendments the Hamilton Borough Council hereby resolves toy way of Special Order to close the under-mentioned portion of a street in the .Borough of Hamilton in the manner and upon the conditions set forth in - the Fourth Schedule of “The Municipal Corporations Act 1920 ” as ..amended by “The - Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1928” that is to say:— ’ ALL THAT piece of land In the Borough of Hamilton containing by admeasurement Two roods and ' nine and forty-four one hundredths perches (more or less) bounded commencing at the Northernmost corner of Allotment Number Four hundred and eight of the Town of Hamilton West towards the South-East by the said Allotment Number Four hunv dred and eight Two hundred and sixteen links towards the ,East by the said Allotment Number Four hundred and eight Two hundred and forty-eight links towards the South-West by Dyer Street Two hundred and fifteen and forty-two one hundredths links towards the North-West by other portion of the said street One hundred and Seventy-seven and forty-one one hundredths links and Two hundred and ninety-one and nineteen one hundredths links and towards the North-East ‘by Victoria Street Ninety-three and forty-two one hundredths links to the commencing point. 322 W.
