The heads of the delegations met this morning and received the draft report of the Sankey inter-imperial Relations Committee. They will give it further consideration this afternoon. SANKEY COMMITTEE’S REPORT. PORTIONS REFERRED BACK. OTHER MATTERS DEFERRED. (Official Wireless.) (Received Nov. 1, 1.15 p.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 31.' At the close of this afternoon’s meeting of the heads of the Imperial Conference delegations it was announced that consideration of the Sankey Committee’s draft report had been continued. Some sections of the report were referred back for further consideration, including the operation of Dominion legislation, while others, including inter-Empire communications, .foreign affairs, status of Governors-General, and' commercial treaties were reserved for further consideration by the heads. The other sub-committees are making good progress.
