Mr Lang informed the Governor that lie is prepared to form an administration. The new Labour Ministry will be sworn in on Tuesday. Members of •the Cabinet will be chosen by caucus, and Mr Lang will allot the portfolios. Believing that Mr Lang intends to swamp the Legislative Council immediately the women’s central organising committee of the Labour Party nominated about sixty women for appointment. These include Mr Lang’s mother-in-law.
