NEW ZEALAND PURCHASE.

PROPERTY IN LONDON.

United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, October 28.

The New Zealand Government has completed the purchase of a new building in the Strand formerly occupied by the British Medical Association. No decision has been reached as to whether the High Commissioner’s office will he" moved, but in this event extensive alterations would be necessary. The High Commissioner’s office was formerly crowded, but with the reduction of the staff, consequent on the suspension of migration, sufficient room has been left. Mr Forbes Is expeo'ted to deal with the whole question, but unless the renewal of migration necessitates the re-enlarging of the staff, the High Commissioner is likely to remain in the present building.
