Wounded in the stomach by a hullet from a pea rifle at Roxburgh yesterday Joseph Kennedy Haughton (21) was brought to the Dunedin hospital where he died this morning. Deceased was rabbit-shooting when he slipped and his rifle discharged. FOUND DEAD ON ROCKS. DUNEDIN, Sunday.. James Riley, a bricklayer, aged 59, was found dead among the rocks on the beach at St. Glair. He was married, hut had no family. DEATH IN HOSPITAL. AUCKLAND,' Monday. The woman who was struck by a tramcar while crossing Queen Street on Thursday evening, Mrs Elizabeth Jane Martin, aged 63, died in the hospital on Saturday evening.
