A further outrage upon foreign missionaries is reported in official telegrams reaching Peking It appears that Communists captured a Roman Catholic bishop and a number of priests and sisters at Kianfu, killing two priests. The bishop and one priest were released, presumably to arrange for ransom. During 1930 over 100 foreign missionaries were' captured by bandits, of whom about one third were mur- j murdered.
