loss. THE PRESS CONFERENCE.

A DELEGATE RETURNS. VALUE OF CONTACTS MADE. (By Teleri'anii. —p (•<»?« Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The first of New Zealand’s Press Conference delegates to return to New Zealand, is Mr A. L. Muir, of Gisborne, who arrived by the Ulimaroa with his wife.
