Costes, wbo is making a trans-At-lantio flight, in the aeroplane “Question Mark,” laden with 1155 gallons of petrol, just cleared the trees at Le Bourget.
It is hoped to complete the journey in forty or fifty hours, via Ireland, then following the steamer route. NEW YORK, Sept. 1. It is announced that the Berengaria communicated with Coste.s at 11.45 a.m. (local time). The aeroplane .was off the Irish coast, flying fast and reported “all 0.K.”
