Before beginning a. triumphal tour of the Rhineland General Hindenburg, the President, rescinded, the decree embodying the emergency revenue measures. He requested the Government to prepare further decrees securing the sound organisation of the AIL parties are girding for the electoral fray, but their alignment has not yet been decided. Thousands, of singing residents of the Rhineland triumphantly cheered General Hindenburg during the entire 50 miles’ progress.
