The provisional directors are Messrs H. O. Cooper (Waihou), W. H. Emmett (Manawatu), H. McKeen( Turan-ga-o-Moana), M. C. Smith (Hikutala), C. A. Onsford (Turua), G. A. Hayward (Waitnkaruru), P. Sutton (Wailii), and F. S. Board (Te Aroha). The object of the company Is to acquire the business now carried on by the Te Aroha Dairy Company, Limited, which since its inception in 1924 has increased its output of butter from 108 tons In that year to 1785 tons for the season recently ended-
