POSITIONS OF CANDIDATES. NO CHANGE THIS WEEK. The Frankton Queen Carnival, for assisting the funds of St. George s Church, is in full swing, and keen competition is being evinced by the rival parties. The position of the candidates remains unchanged this week. Miss E. Nelson (Frankton West), is leading Miss Finlay in the suburban section and retains first place. Miss C. Buckland (Sports),' is second, followed by Miss M. Carpenter (Country), third, and Miss Jean Gil— Allan (Business), fourth. . Flags are being flown from the Waikato Times building to indicate the position, the colours being: Suburban, red; Sports, blue; Country, green; and Business, gold. *•
