DISARMAMENT.
WORK OF COMMISSION. PREPARATION FOR A CONFERENCE {Official Wireless.} (Received July 10, 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, July 9. Right Hon. A. Henderson, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said it was hoped ' that the meeting of the Preparatory Disarmament Commission, fixed for November 30, would prove its final meeting, and that the League Council would thereafter be able to suggest a date for a ; general disarmament conference.
