TURKEY AND PERSIA.
AN ULTIMATUM. ALLEGED VIOLATION OF TERRITORY THREATS , OF RETALIATION. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyrig-iit. ANGORA, July 9. Turkey has sent an ultimatum to Persia relating to alleged raids by Persians and Kurds into Turkish territory. The ultimatum demands that the border tribes be kept under control, failing which Turkey will pursue and bomb invaders into Persian territory.
