SEEKING BEST ADVICE. “A NATIONAL CALAMITY.” (Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A plea by the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce that the Government should obtain the best expert advice in regard to the situation at Arapuni was supported by the Wellington chamber at its meeting. Mr J. H. Meyer said he thought New Zealand engineers were more competent to express an opinion than those of oilier countries. A suggestion, that the advice of early settlers.in the district would prove valuable was made by Mr A. J.
