THE NAPIER SESSIONS. , (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) \ NAPIER, Monday. In his address to the Grand Jury, Mr Justice Ostler said the chief case of five criminal charges was one against a lorry driver, who was charged with causing the death of Mrs Kingsland. Thomas Leslie Williams was found guilty of incest. Sentence was deferred.
THE NEW PLYMOUTH SESSION. COMPARATIVE ABSENCE OF CRIME. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NE WPLYMOUTH, Monday. The quarterly session of the Supreme Court opened to-day. Mr Justice Blair congratulated the district on the comparative absence of serious crime. The Grand Jury returned a true bill in the case of Robert Thomson, charged with arson at Eltham on January 10.
