THE NEW PLYMOUTH SESSION. COMPARATIVE ABSENCE OF CRIME. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NE WPLYMOUTH, Monday. The quarterly session of the Supreme Court opened to-day. Mr Justice Blair congratulated the district on the comparative absence of serious crime. The Grand Jury returned a true bill in the case of Robert Thomson, charged with arson at Eltham on January 10.
