FIVE WARSHIPS LAUNCHED. HUGE NEW LINER. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel.—Copyright. (Received April 28, 12.39 p.m.) ROME, April 27. Five warships were launched and the keel of a giant liner of 45,000 tons was laid down on a single day which was observed as a public holiday at all the ports concerned. The warships consist of two 10,000 ton cruisers, each carrying three seaplanes; two seoutships, capable of doing 37 knots, and an 800 ton submarine. The new liner will be the largest and most luxurious Italian ship afloat, and will carry 2250 passengers.
