LOCAL OBSERVATIONS. Miss Budd, manager of the optician business In the estate of the late Mr J. Bremner, supplies the following observations on the weather;— Uarometer. Barometer. 30.30, with very little movement. Indications are for fair to overcast weather to-day, with seasonable temperature and variable winds. Mean temperature, 53 degrees. The Weather Bureau wires: The indications for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day are for variable and moderate breezes, southerly moderate prevailing. There is a prospect of fair weather. Barometer little movement. YESTERDAY’S WEATHER. The following official report was issued at 4 pm-
