ABSENTEE OWNERS

LANDS AT PIRONGIA. TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE. The period allowed by the South Auckland Land Board by proclamation in which absentee owmers of lands at Pirongia may claim the holdings originally granted to them expired last week, and the unclaimed sections are now to he offered for sale.

About 200 acres in the Pirongia East and Pirongia West townships are affected, as well as a large area of roads, reserves and domains, aggregating another 500 acres.
