GHANDI’S CAMPAIGN CONGRESS RANKS DISMAYED. TWO BOMB EXPLOSIONS. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel.—Copyrlgßt. (Received April 14, 9.5 a.m.) DELHI, April 13. After a week’s campaign it is evident that Gandhi has not achieved his object and his failure to arouse the whole country at the launching of the movement has created dismay in congress ranks. Two bomb explosions have occurred at Bombay—one in a local N railway train and the other In a waiting-room at the Byculla railway station. Two Indians were seriously injured. A young Mahomedan has been arrested for alleged complicity.
