ALLOCATION OF GROUNDS* j LEAGUE 'CODE EXCLUDED. (By Telegraph.—press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Through failure to supply informal tion concerning its activities ’ the League football code has been excluded from the Wellington City Council’s allocation of playing grounds for the coming season. Criticism of the code’s laxity was expressed by members at a meeting of the council last evening, when it was stated that the organisation had forfeited its right to play on city reserves.
