GAMES FOR SATURDAY. PRATT CUP CHALLENGE. The second Pratt Cup challenge o> the season will he played on Saturday, when Hamilton, the holders, will meet a representative team from Waipa, the challengers on No. 1 wicket, Seddon Park, Hamilton, the game commencing at 10 o’clock. The following players will represent the Hamilton team :—G. Hampton (captain), A. Taylor (manager), R. Skeet, W. Cassidy, N. Winger, L. G. Hemus, T. A. Campbell, S. E. Senior. H. Going, R. Cobbe and W. Eyre. FIXTURES FOR SATURDAY. The following are the fixtures Saturday : Senior A. Hamilton v. Waipa, No. i, Seddoa Park. Senior B. Ngaruawahia v. Frankton at Ngaruawahia; Cambridge v. SAWMILLERS WIN TROf>HY. The R. T. Reid Cup cricket competition closed this week, when the final game between Sawmillers and Wholesalers was concluded, the former defeating Wholesalers by a very wide margin on the first innings. Sawmillers batted last week and declared with six wickets down for 194, Wholesalers, however, came nowhere near that total, their last wicket falling with only 46 runs on the board. R. Clough took six wickets for 19 runs and C. Sutcliffe three for 21. The winners of the game have gained the cup for this year.
