The worst storm in the history of the State did great damage in the wheat belt. Thirty farms in North Bundalla and the adjoining district were devastated by a wall of water eight feet high which swept the locality alter a cloudburst filled the creeks to overflowing. At one spot hail was piled against a fence to a depth of three feet. The farmers are seeking Government aid in effecting repairs and urging that unemployed might be sent to assist.
