INVESTIGATIONS IN HAMILTON. “PiIEXICAN GREENS” WANTED. Investigations in connection with psittacoicis of “parrot disesse,” are being made by Dr. T. J, Hughes, health officer, for Auckland, who arrived in Hamilton last evening. For several weeks Dr. Hughes has been’ endeavouring to trace Mexican Green parrots, a consignment oi which arrived at Auckland on January 21, several days before the embargo against, their importation was raised. Numbers of these birds were soid throughout New Zealand, but the vendor has subsequently left New Zealand, and great difficulty has been experienced in locating the birdsEfforts are being made by Mr H« P.
