<s>NINE PEOPLE DROWNED. SAD END TO PLEASURE CRUISE. United Press Assn.—Erec. Tel.—Copyright. (Received April 1, 10.0 a.m.) BELGRADE, March 31. When the engine of a pleasure launch failed in a storm on Lake Ochrida nine occupants who tried to swim ashore were drowned, Including two diplomats, the military governor, and three women. All who remained on the launch were saved, including the secretary to the Yugoslav Foreign Office, who tried to jump overboard, but was held fast by a projecting hook penetrating his trousers.
