LONDON LOAN MARKET.
UNDERTAKING EXPIRES. FREE TO BORROW. (Bty Telegraph.—Press Association,) W ELLINGTON, Tucsday. New Zealand’s undertaking lo keep off tlie London loan market expired yesterday. The Dominion is now free to float loans there once more. The Finance Act of last session authorised further borrowing up to £5,500,000 for public works, education, and forestry. There are also unexhausted authorities for other loans up to £27,000,000.
