MEETING OF EXECUTIVE. RAPID GROWTH REPORTED. (By Telegrapli.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Monday. The annual executive meeting of the Grand Lodge of New Zealand, Independent Order of Foresters, opened here this morning and will continue until Thursday. Statistics presented showed that the membership has increased to 17,124 in the past year. Eight new lodges were opened in the same period, and despite an increase of £2286 in the claims on sick and funeral benefits, the. latter showed an increase of £20,761 during the year. The total accumulated assets amount to £302,008.
