FAREWELL AFTERNOON

BRIDGE PARTY AT LYCEUM CLUB. An enjoyable bridge party was held at the Lvceum Club yesterday afternoon for Mrs J. B. Page, the hostess being Mrs Haseler. Mrs Page wa.s wearing a suit of navy floral crepe de chine with grey hat, Mrs Haseler wearing an ensemble in black and white crepe de chine with black ballybuntal hat. A delicious tea was served and late afternoon brought a very happy gathering to a close. Prizes were won by Mesdames H. J. Greenslade, A. Beale and G. R. Barnett. Those present were: Mesdames Page G. R. Barnett, H. J. Ferguson, T b’. Insoll, G. Rogers, E. F. Peacocke H. J. Greenslade, A. Beale, H. T. Gillies, P. E. Stevens, A. W. Ward, J. D. Smith, P. R. Stewart, Ritchie (Dunedin), J. C. Gray, J. H. Hammond, and E. J. Stewart.
