Tho Daily News says it is understood that The Palestine Commission which will report shortly, will recommend that a wider interpretation be given to the .Balfour declaration regarding the Jewish national home. qhe commission takes the view that the time is not ripe for the Zionists to assume control of Palestine. Its findings probably will be generally in favour of the Arabs and may raise Hie whole question of the future of the British mandate. Mr. 11. Snell, Labour member of the commission reports that ho has made reservations. Otherwise the recommendations will he unanimous.
