DROWNED IN THE BATHS.
SYDNEY BANKER’S DEATH. ALLEGED DEFALCATIONS. United Press Assn. — Elec. Tel. —Uopyrigrht. SYDNEY, March 8Mr Edgar Simpson, a well-known city banker and manager of a branch of the Australian Bank of Commerce, was found drowned in the baths at Middle Harbour. The drowning was concurrent with investigations into certain alleged defalcations in the bank accounts.
