GARDEN PARTY.

AT OTOROHANGA

A successful and very enjoyable garden party, in aid of the funds of St. Bride s Anglican Church, was held in the beautiful grounds of Mrs it. G. Corbett's home on Friday. A generous and dainty afternoon tea was served on the lawn. Mrs H. C. Alexander was in charge of the popular clock golf tournament, and Mrs A. A. Smith conducted the croquet and bobs games, which were splendidly patronised. Cake-weight guessing competitions and various games contributed largely to the financial success of the afternoon.
