WAIKATO TIMES PICNIC.
HEAVY BOOKING CONTINUES. ANOTHER TRAIN PROBABLE. So heavy has been the public demand for tickets to the annual staff picnic of the Waikato Times that there is a possibility of second a train being requisitioned to cope with the crowd.
This means that strict supervision will have to he exercised by car officials to ensure that only those who have hooked seats on the first train can travel by it. To save confusion holders of these tickets will be required to present their tickets individually, and under no consideration will any person be permitted to hold tickets for a party. The co-operation of the public is requested in this direction in obviating any confusion and embarrassment that may arise through ignorance of tills necessary precaution. In the event of a second train being required reserved tickets will also he issued and the public guaranteed ample seating accommodation.
