BERLIN A CHANGED CITY. NIGHT LIFE’S POPULARITY WANES .MANY ESTABLISHMENTS CLOSED. United Press Assn —Elec. Tel.—Copyright. (Received Jan. 11, 11.30 a-m.) BERLIN, Jan. 10. Two months ago Berlin was the brightest, gayest capital in Europe, outrival ling Paris for luxurious night life. The dance palaces were open all night. To-day many fashionable establishments have been closed, and the city is undergoing a sudden change. Berlin’s attempts to steal Paris’ thunder have failed, at least temporarily. , .
