ASSAULT ON PARENTS.
TWO MONTHS’ IMPRISONMENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PUTARURU, Friday. Henry Maraiti, who was charged on October 29 with assaulting his mother and father and was -released on probation, appeared before Mr J. W. Barr - Brown, J.P., yesterday morning, charged with assaulting his mother ■ and his father and with vagrancy. He was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to be cumulative.
