ARSON AT NAPIER.
BURNED EMPLOYER’S HOUSE. FIVE YEARS’ DETENTION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Arthur Roy Popple, for arson at Napier, in that he burned down the house of his employer, pretending to have found the p.ace on fire, was sentenced by the Chief Justice to five years >n Borstal.
