Boscdovsky, the Soviet official in France, who refused to return to Russia and was sentenced to death in his absence is still in Paris. He laughs at the Soviet’s sentence. He says:— They know I will never return to Russia. I shall retaliate shortly by publishing my memoirs in which 1 will give the names of the Soviet spies all over the world.
