THE BOY SCOUTS.

MESSAGE FROM MASTER. MEN OF VISION WANTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS, Thursday. Scoutmaster Cooksey, who was in charge of the New Zealand contingent to the International Jamboree, in a message on behalf of the boys, -says they are returning with the determination to place scouting where it should be in the Dopninion, as one of the greatest influences for good which was ever spread over the world.
