CASES DOWN FOR HEARING FIFTEEN OF ALLEGED THEFT. The Supreme Court list to be heard before His Honour Mr Justice Herdman at the coming quarterly sessions of the Hamilton Supreme Court gives every indication of a busy session. Fourteen charges of theft are set down for hearing, ail of which are preferred against John Martin Bishara and Geoffrey Alvl Trayhurn, involving the alleged theft of motor-cars. The two accused will also appear for sentence on a charge of failing to account for moneys received. Other charges to be preferred are against Cecilia May Wilks, for alleged ' wilfully detaining a postal packet, I Geoffrey Alvi Trayburn for alleged | theft and false -pretences,, and George Ivan Jenkin, alleged carnal knowledge.
