The House of Commons rose at 8.20 this morning after 7 hours sitting, of which 16 were spent on the Pensions- Bill debate. There were 19 divisions. Sir Austen Chamberlain, on behalf of the Opposition, promised to get the Bill through all its stages' by Tuesday. The Minister of Health (Right Hon. A. Greenwood), accepted the compromise, the Liberal Party assenting.
