(To the Editor.) Sir, —One would have thought that the Post Office clock would have set the correct time to the rest of Hamilton on the first day of “Summer Time," But no. Yesterday the Post Office clock had stopped at 1 o’clock, and remained at that time throughout the day.—i am, etc., SUMMER TIME.
