MOTOR CYCLE CLIMB.
RECORD BROKEN. Despite adverse weather a good entry was received for the Hamilton Motor-Cycle Club's hill-climbing contest at Mystery Creek yesterday. A small and enthusiastic crowd was treated to an exhibition of keen and clever riding work, in which a record was broken in the open handicap event by A. Sutherland, who bettered M. Picard’s record of last year by three-fifths of a second. Following were the results of the events; — Open Championship.—R. Sutherland (A.J.S.), 19see, 1; R. Newcombe (A.J.S.), 19 4-ssec, 2; R.
