CRISIS ENDED. AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED. ■SETTLEMENT OF ALL DISPUTES. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) MOSCOW, Aug. 31. The Soviet Government has agreed to the Chinese Government’s proposal that they should sign a joint declaration settling their disputes. The text of the agreement states that both parties agree to settle all pending questions in conformity with the agreement of 1924, especially as regards the redemption of the Chinese Eastern Railway. The Soviet is to reappoint the manager of the railway. Both parties will immediately release all persons arrested since May 1, 1929.
