ONLY MINOR DAMAGE. CRUDE CLOCKWORK AFFAIR. (Australian Press Association.) (Received Sept 2, 12.5 p.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 1. Only minor damage was caused In the Reichstag by the bomb which was a crude clockwork affair. A paper bearing a Fascist sign w itli words, “Wake up, Germany” was found.
